Data Center Migration - December 31st Update
Happy New Years!
After last night’s move, we’re now half way completed with our migration. The migration last night went flawlessly and we anticipate the final moves happening from the 2nd - 4th will be equally smooth.
We’ve got exciting news we’ll send out very soon after the migration is complete.

We have discovered a customer’s account who was compromised and was used to send out large volumes of spam. We have temporarily disabled our mail server while we clean out the extremely large volume as to cause minimum impact for customers as a result of potentially being blacklisted from the large volume of mail. The first night of server migrations is now winding down and while we’re slightly behind schedule, we expect to have all scheduled servers back online by 7am. We moved the majority of our own internal services tonight including our website, support system, monitoring systems and mail servers. These are all back online and functioning normally.
