VPSs on this VSH are now starting and we expect all to be online within the next 15 minutes.

Residual Issues w/ vsh222

We are experiencing a residual issue with vsh222.

All Systems Normal

All customer facing machines affected by the PDU event are now back online.  We will be following up with all affected customers directly.

At this point in time, all systems are operating normally.

Seven Customers Have Been Affected

We have identified the seven customers that have been impacted by this localized power event and are contacting them now. All affected machines are currently coming back online.

Power Issues Affecting Two PDUs

We are experiencing a localized power issue affecting two rack-mount PDUs. We are assessing the problem and working to resolve.

Scout issues for Saturday March, 3rd 2012

Tonight the server that manages the alerts from Scout ran out of memory
which caused it to decide that every server it monitored was down. These
were false alarms and no actual outage occurred.

We have fixed the Scout server and will be looking into what we can do to
avoid the false alarms in future.

Support system issues [RESOLVED]

The support system is now back online and fully operational. Please let us know if you encounter any issues.

Support system issues

We are currently experiencing some issues with our support system which are making it inaccessible. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working on a fix to get the system back as soon as possible.

Reason for Outage: Update on Delivery

This is a follow up to our original post regarding delivery of the Reason for Outage (RFO). We apologize for the delay as we have not completed this by our original deadline.

We have identified the underlying issues and are working to complete the formal RFO. We expect to have this completed, including action items by early next week.

All Services Operating Normally

At this point in time, we believe all all services are operating normally.  If you find anything awry with your infrastructure, please open an urgent ticket within our support system.

A full RFO detailing this event along with information on service credits will be forthcoming in the next 24 hours.
