Upstream Transit Issue
On Monday, August 8th at ~16:07 PDT (UTC -06:00) one of our upstream providers had a brief outage while one of their routers unexpectedly reset. During a brief ~5 minute time frame some users may have experienced additional latency or possible dropped packets. The upstream provider will be implementing a permanent fix in the near future for this problem, until then we don’t expect any further interruptions.
